We like to keep things fair and transparent. Our standard call-out fee is $100, which covers the visit and up to an hour of troubleshooting or minor fixes. If the issue can be sorted on the spot, that’s all you pay! If additional work is needed, we charge $120 per hour or follow the fixed prices listed below. If we need to return another day, you’ll only be charged for labour on that day plus the $100 call-out fee
