Planning notes
Equipment ratings are examples. Hours use full rated power; edit values to match your appliances. Cycling appliances may use less.
Sizing uses the selected usable capacity, reserve and continuous-current limit. The current limit is an assumption, not a verified Revelation BMS rating. The calculation uses 90% inverter efficiency, 95% efficiency for 48V-to-12V conversion and 25% inverter headroom. At least one battery and the running-current check remain.
Engine credit uses your selected hours at 80% nominal output, capped by the plan’s running period. Actual output depends on engine speed, other loads and lithium-compatible controls. Alternator supply is excluded.
150W panels measure 1.6 × 1.2m (1.92m²). Space mode rounds down; wattage mode rounds up. Layout and shade affect fit. One Victron MPPT per four panels, rounded up, and a solar cable allowance are included. Daily yield uses a 75% factor and is scaled to the longest running time, including monitoring. This assumes charging during use; turn solar off for an uncharged night.
Inverter/charger and cable allowances apply only to active AC loads. Motor starts, battery layout, temperature, protection and cable sizes need review.
Battery, network and chart-plotter compatibility are checked before supply. The chart plotter is excluded. Monitoring power and hours can be changed in planning assumptions.
Equipment estimate only. Installation, DC-DC conversion, battery interconnects, protection, fusing and boat-specific materials are quoted separately.
The drawing is a concept, not installation instructions or live readings. Solid routes carry power; dashed routes carry monitoring. Dimmed equipment is not selected.
